My name's Tuti, undergraduate student physics study program from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia I would like to request your permission to use pictures or graphs from your book that has title "The Geological Interpretation of well logs" as my reference thesis. My thesis concerns about petrophysics analysis of coalbed methane reservoir. If you give me a permission that would be very helpful me to finish my study. Thank you very much.

One of my customers is interested in 4 copies of "The geological interpretation of well logs". Would we get a discount as we are a bookseller? Kind regards, Ramona

Dear Malcom Rider I am studying from your book, geological interpretation of well logging, and I just want to say it is extremely well written and understandable. At times I get frustrated by reading scientific material and how incomprehensible it is. This book gives me hope that I can understand all the material involved with well logging.

Message from Malcolm Rider. It is hoped that this ‘feedback’ section will be used for critical comments and observations on the text, relevant personal practical logging experiences that can be shared and comments on new equipment and new techniques that are being used. Compliments are nice but criticisms are more useful. They help to improve things.
